Is there a way to change what information is displayed when a user clicks on the project in the Roadmap Widget? Currently users see, Importance, Status, Budget Status, Project Manager, etc. Our executive leadership would like to see different data points displayed when they click.

Unless I am mistaken, this is simply a view of the Project work plan they are seeing or did I miss something. If it is the Work Plan, you can change the View used by adjusting it's columns shown.
I too am looking for a way to change the columns on the Roadmap when you print the Roadmap. Right now it defaults to values that I cannot find the set up to in any settings. This view printed is different than the view used when looking at the Roadmap online. When you check the box on the Roadmap view 'Include list of items and notes information below' on the print option the columns are not editable.
