Scroll bar on Custom Panels and iFrames

It doesn't seem possible to scroll naturally on Custom Panels (iFrame) content.
There is no scroll bar and the mouse wheel does not work.

I've tried using some CSS tricks but I can't seem to find a work around.
Any idea if there is a fix around this?

I think this issue has been confirmed as a bug by our support team.
I would suggest opening a support request to get updates on the resolution time.
