Automatically change assigned license depending on User License Type filed

Is it possible to create a workflow to assign/change an un-assigned license to a user depending on what they are assigned via a License Type.

The license type field and licenses module seem completely disjointed.

Hi Chris,

You are able to change the user type from Full (for example) to none or vice versa via a WR. That way the license will be revoked. The label name is User Type and API name is $LicenseType - please let me know if it works.
