File is not getting displayed in the File viewer Panel when uploaded using Rest API

Hi,
I have uploaded a file in the Box to Work Item using Rest API.
For this i have used Box shared URL.
But file is not getting displayed in the file viewer panel.And to open the file I have to click on open button which will open the link in the browser.

But when i am uploading the file through clarizen UI using clarizen-Box integration. file is getting displayed in the file viewer.

One thing i observed is when uploading file using Rest API storage type is displaying as Link to a Webpage.And when i am doing the same thing through Clarizen UI storage type is displaying as BOX Doc.

please advise on this.

When uploading a URL you can set the subtype field to "Box" to make it recognizable as a Box url

I had already set the subtype field to "Box", still facing the same issue.

Sorry it took a while.
Seems Box link upload is indeed not working with the API. Please open a customer ticket for this issue and we'll fix it.
