While creating a report for our project managers, we noticed that we didn't have access to all the functions when creating a formula column (for example, we can't use toString(), or Days(), etc...). This means that we have to create custom fields, that won't be used anywhere else but reports, when a formula column would be the obvious choice.
It would be great to be able use all default functions in the report editor.

Those are not available due to performance reasons. Unfortunately, they will have to be created as custom fields so that the values do not have to be calculated in real time.
