'Elastic Ongoing Work' app requires update

This app, created by David Goulden works well when a parent task duration is increased (because of other child task duration increases), but does not update when the parent task 'should' decrease.

The use case is to assign a resource that provides admin or oversight to a bunch of tasks (according to a % allocation) and this allocation needs to change based on the duration of the parent task. If the parent increases, so must the admin work, and the same if it decreases.

I have installed the new app as provided by Boris, and want to clarify.. I disable the original existing app 'Elastic Ongoing Work' and enable the new app 'Auto Scale Duration' - right?

Chad,

The preferred way would have been to uninstall the Elastic Ongoing Work (or disable) and then install and activate the new app.
