Box integration with Clarizen

Question from customer:

What API key Clarizen uses to connect to BOX? Can we provide the API key?

Hello, Thank you for following up on this and the responses so far.

Essentially like all applications which connect to the box API they do so using a API key. Within the box app gallery there are many applications which you can allow or prohibit, behind each is an application API key which it allows to denies, we have allowed the clarizen integration listed in the app gallery (and thus the associated API key) but when trying to setup the box account association it advises that the application is disabled by the admin. This would lead me to believe that the API key behind the clarizen app in the box app gallery is not using the same API as our instance of clarizen is using.

I hope this provides a little but more background on the issues, so hopefully we can get some more forward motion on this.

Thanks,

Matt

API keys are not supposed to be shared. From the Box blog: ".. but don’t go sharing the key with other people, as it will grant them access to your Box application. To be brief: Keep your API key secret!.."

I suggest to take this with Box support to see if they can enable our application for your account. Our app name on their side is: "Clarizen BOX Integration- Production v6.0"
