Improving the message in an error notification popup

We are looking for better information in the error notification window when Oops errors appear with reference codes. Instead of just showing the reference code, can we expose the exception error as well.

This will help both the customer who may be technical enough to understand and resolve on their own AND quicker understanding of the error by the Clarizen Support team.
