Our company has a large number of resources (1000+ and growing quickly) and they don't have licenses to log in to Clarizen and update their leave calendars.
It is not feasible for our admin person to update leave calendars for all the resources.
Can project managers update leave calendars for the resources working on their projects? This doesn't seem to be possible.
How can leave calendars for project resources be updated?

Hi Chad,
At the moment, only the user can change their calendars. We have a PTO app that would possibly assist with this issue. The user would actually need to put in a PTO request and automatically update the calendars if approved.

We have the situation that we would like to delegate some of the functionality of a Direct Manager to another person (e.g. the Personal Assistent of the Direct Manager). Is there a way to do that?
(BTW, the above app is unavailable at the moment)

We are building a new version of the PTO app, so we are temporarily discontinuing support of the old one. As for the delegating Direct Manager permissions, you can do this with some functionality using custom actions that bypass permissions, but won't be able to delegate all of the functionality.
