Improvements to Timesheet Approvals Page

We are also interested in this change request, as the current fieldset means that we will not be able to implement approval on timesheets. Having our project managers have to click on each timesheet to review comments and billable status would be insanely time consuming. Is there a way we can escalate this as a high priority feature request?

Hope this feature request will be deployed soon. For Admins it is a real effort to be able to see which teammanagers need to be followed up with based on the unsubmitted or submitted but not yet approved timesheets. Now it is quite a hassle to get that information especially when you have lots of users.

Adding to the chorus of voices here - Approvals really needs to be updated. I want to view only the projects I own. I want to be able to see comments. We should be able to adjust this window the same as other windows within the system, via a gear icon, and provide filters to make it more useful. At present, instead, I have to approve project by project.

This is also requested by a customer of mine, they require this as they have lots (I mean lots) of timesheet entries to approve by managers etc.. The ability to to have timesheet approval page configurable would be great.

 Has this change request been deployed yet ? The fact that super users can't choose whose timesheets they want to see on the approvals menu isn't very practical ! Plus, even  applying a filter on the name column doesn't seem to be working since you can't save that filter.

Is there a request in the queue to be able to modify the list of users displayed by default?  Today the Approvals Page shows my direct reports and the entire downline of employees.  Users only want to see only their direct reports. Not the direct reports of their direct reports, the downline of employees.

Hello!  We are about to add about 80 additional users in Clarizen and change the way approvals are done.  The existing approval screen is not useful at all.  As a project manager or any other manager approving time, i would expect to be able to add additional fields (examples, are Customer, Project Name, Task, Description of work, Basically anything being entered on a timecard).  

I find it hard to believe that this was not considered for a Project management tool.

Please consider this to be super important and get it on the Product Roadmap!

Hi there, currently the approvals ap is not very intuitive.  It would be great if this ap is customizable to come degree, as in manipulating columns, sorting, and approving individual timesheet entries.  Thanks!

Hi Danielle, it's my understanding that this probably is not happening anytime soon. Please let me know.

It's not on the current roadmap, but that is not to say it won't be released in the future.

Ability to view the Project Manager for each project would be nice.
