Advanced Filter in Reports or and

I want to do several OR filters in my reports - all the help says there is a toggle for Advanced filter but there is not one on mine - am I missing something?  I can click on Advanced but anything I try here does not work - any ideas?

When creating a report, all you should have to do is click Filters (in the top section of a report) and then Advanced. Three quick questions:

  1. What kind of report are you trying to run?
  2. What are your permissions?
  3. What appears when you click Advanced?
