API allowing upload of file

We were wondering if your API allowed the upload of a file depending on what was selected in the field of a project?

For example, I select Value 100 in the project field box I want file ABC attached to the project.

I select value 200, file ZZZ should be attached.

Hi John,

The API does support uploading of files. Please review the API reference (REST - search for Upload or SOAP - check UploadMessage) for more information.

As for dependency upon a project field's value, this is up to your application's logic.
