You can indeed! Just go to Profiles >> Organization >> Actions >> Ribbon Actions.

Is it possible to remove some of the standard menu items e.g. New, Custom Actions etc. from a profile?

That's great - thanks. Can I go a step further and remove the Navigation bar totally - I have a group of staff who only ever need to see their timesheets.

I believe you can remove it with CSS code, but it would apply to all users and not just a single profile.
