How to accomplish giving a supervisor the ability to see projects?

We have three Clarizen licenses, but I have a supervisor that wants to be able to log in and simply view our projects to get a "status glimpse."


Is there a free license type that I can assign to this person in order to accomplish this? Or, are their any suggestions on a way I can accomplish this?

I have a similar situation in my organization.I created them as e-mail only users in Clarizen and have shared view widgets to them. This can provide whatever level of detail you desire for them to have without the need to purchase a Clarizen license for them. Pair that with a portfolio and they can see all projects of interest to them in a single view that affords them to the ability to see detail of all projects of interest to them.
