This would be a much needed addition, we have been asking this from our PS consultant for over a year!

Cascading Picklists
The ability to select a sub category from a category picklist.
Need to be able to define hierarchy of picklist so that choice in the first picklist limits the values in the second.

This would be good for updating items that already exist. I have used custom actions for this purpose on creating new items.
