PTO Management Application No Longer Available in Marketplace

We use the PTO Management App, and for some reason it's no longer accessible in the App Marketplace.

Is it being upgraded or incorporated into the core product?

Drew, 

That is correct. The PTO Management App was taken offline due to a number of issues experienced. The Product team is working on rebuilding the App so that it can be released without some of the issues previously experienced. Currently, we do not have a timeline for the release.
