Display Financial Fields on Widgets for Reports

Have financial fields visible for read only widgets. It would be best to have a setting (toggle on/off) to allow a user to specify if shared Reports and Views via read-only widgets will show financial fields. This is not just specific for reports but for all widgets.

Did this get loaded as an enhancement request, I can't see it and would like to vote for it.

Likewise, we need this functionality so dashboards can be shared with users that don't have licences.

I don't think this will be coming any time soon. The concern is that sensitive financial information will accidentally be shared publicly or distributed without the sender's consent.

This is something we require. Although there may be some risk to it, I would prefer to have the option to be able to share it and personally evaluate the risk rather than Clarizen make the decision that it's not an option.

I expect that having the ability to revoke widget / dashboard shares without being an administrator would be required for this.

Agree this is very important. Financial information is a key component of overall project status and we should have the ability to determine if it should be published. Unfortunately, now I will need to fake it.

As a way around this, you can push the financial data into a custom field and have the data you want to be displayed there.

+1 vote for this. Somebody can export financial data fields to excel and send it to whoever they want or include it in a document or slide publisher so you will never be able to fully police 'accidental' sharing of sensitive data. All of our financial fields are client facing which is why it is particularly important for us to have this feature.

We really need to be able to send the widget for an executive dashboard to our senior managers (who have been waiting for years) to see information on our projects. One of the reasons they approved the purchase of Clarizen was that they would get these dashboards. Now two years on, we still can't share this information with our senior managers without wasting a lot of our time by trying to get screenshots or download to PDF etc. I dont think they're very impressed with this to be honest.

I think (as suggested by Darren some years ago) we should have the option to share this information - if we password protect the widget when sharing, then no-one will see the data anyway without entering the password.
