Would like this feature as well:
What FCI is after (report actual hours and plan work and duration at a Parent Task Level and Child Tasks simply "Check List" example:
Project A
Milestone 1
Parent Task – R1 (Parent Task would be the planned work and reportable actual hours)
Child Task CT1 (this level would only be a checklist (toggle complete) and store documents) also the work and duration would be set to 0

CT3
Parent Task – R2
CT4
CT5
Milestone 2…
Tried using Actions (To Do tasks linked to Task), they cannot be stored with the template and you cannot use the Replace resource function
Standard Clarizen does not allow you to plan work and duration at a Reportable parent Level
