It appears that the Work field in each subtask in a Recurring Task populates with the Duration (the number of hours implicit in the duration) of that subtask? Is there a fix for that or do you have to manually fix each task in the Work field in a recurring task upon setup, if you want this value to be different than Duration?

A second question about Recurring Tasks that is similar to the one above - do you have to assign Resources to each individual task within a recurring task or is there a way to assign at the parent level? Same question for Managers.
For me the easiest way to quickly update the recurring task data (both resource and duration) is to set one value on the first recurring task, copy that cell, select every other recurring task cell, and paste. This takes only a few seconds. You can build configurations that will copy the data down, but it might be over-complicating it compared to just doing a copy/paste.
I wish the Recurring Task creation dialog box could be configured to include a place to input the Work rather than defaulting to the Duration (which isn't useful at all).
The Copy-and-Paste approach just isn't at all defendable to Project Managers.
