How do I insert a task in clarizen under a project and assign to a user?

Hi,

I have a requirement where I need to insert a task in my Clarizen instance. Currently I am able to get tasks by making a GET query. I am also able to get tasks pertaining to specific users by making a GET query to RegularResourceLink.

Now I need to push tasks and assign them to users.
Can anybody help my to form a query for performing this?

Thank you for four reply!
I've implemented the approach and works great. Just one more thing. When I create a task, it goes into 'Not Active' state. Can we also setht e state of the task. I'e tried setting TrackStatus but it didn't work.
