How can I add / delete Calendar Exceptions via the Web Service API?

We currently have to enter time off in both our time clock system and also into Clarizen. We'd like to set up an automated process to load this into Clarizen from the time clock system.

I'm pulling info using the API, but have not tried inserting using the API.

Can loading Calendar Exceptions be done via the API, and if so does anyone have an example of that?

Hi Dan,

Setting Calendar Exceptions is not possible directly via the API. It is possible via business rules. 

The automated process you're trying to set up can trigger business rules in various ways, say saving some Clarizen (i.e. Request, Data or any other object you can set workflow rules on) object containing the information. A business rule could trigger when such object is added, read the information and add the calendar exception.
