how to replace one user with another

I need to find and replace a user with another everywhere the old user appears.  The Apps listed here are no longer accessible: https://success.clarizen.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203973248-How-does-one-find-replace-resources-

How is it done these days (I'm an early adopter of Clarizen from 2010).

I believe this can be done using a custom action if you wish to automate this, or go into each project separately and using the 'replace resource' button.

On the project level you can go to "Utilities" from there you will see replace Resources. You can then select the resource value to replace and what/who to replace it with
