Reference Resources on a workflow rule
How do I reference the list of resources (names) that are assignd to a specific milestone in a project?
The only field I have found in a milestone level is the total number of resources but not the list of their names ...
Can anyone assist?

What Guy said, trust me it really works!
Three actions
1. Set variable (new variable, value = Null)
2. Set variable (Update existing variable, 'Run On' Resources, Value = TargetObject.Name)
3. Actual action (e.g. Send Email) using your variable to specify your resource.

I don't see why not. The steps don't reference a specific entity type so as long as 'Resources' is an available "run on" option in a project-level rule, you should be good.
