To my knowledge, cannot be done as discussed in the post you mentioned.
How to retreive Outbound Call results in a Clarizen field
Is it possible to retrieve Outbound Call results in a Clarizen field? Or as it is suggested in the following post (https://success.clarizen.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203991428-Outbound-calls) this cannot be done directly and requires an external proxy web service?
