it would be great if this functionality cascaded over to dashboards and avoid the need to refresh manually every time

Tuesday tip for reporting
In reports, when you want to filter the data by the user who run's the report, you can filter by the "@me" shortcut. Each user will see his/her data without the need to hard code for each user.

100% agreement with Dean's comment:
- Filtering capabilities on Dashboards would be a game-changer for us.
- The need to refresh Dashboards, but not Reports, is awkward and sometimes leads users to not realize their on-screen Dashboard data is stale. Auto-refresh on Dashboards would add significant value.
