Can anyone please show me if we'd set time sheet compliance to certain user groups instead of all users?
For example, we'd only need to track time sheet for engineers but not marketing or sales team as they were only given tasks to complete certain tasks in the work plan. Is there anyway to do that? Thank you.

It's definitely possible to control which users are included in the results. In order to do that, you'll need to modify the app's configuration in Settings >> Configure. Here's an explanation of what needs to be done within the app's configuration:

I see that there are 2 workflor rules, 1 custom field, and 38 standard fields. Can you please show me where I'd start with in order to see the steps shown in your instruction? Thank you.

The Time Reporting Compliance app should be under Settings >> Configure >> Organization >> Custom Pages. Or you can go to Settings >> Configure and search for "Time Reporting Compliance".

You're not supposed to make the change on all actions -- only on actions that currently are running on $AllUsers. Also, the extra filter should only be added to the filter section like shown in my screenshot.
