Morning,
I want to change the default subject line when we are emailing at the project level. Instead of the subject including the Clarizen Project ID I want to replace that with our internal Project ID.
If that isnt possible is it possible for me to create a workflow that replaces the Clarizen Project ID with our ID?

Hello Martin,
Subjects of system emails can't be changed. Work item IDs can't be changed either.
My suggestion is to create a workflow rule that sends out an email when desired conditions are met. This way you can fully customize the email.

Can this be submitted as a request for change? The ability to change the system default email subject is something that I think most customers would want.

Unfortunately I don't think that will ever be possible given the database design, but you can always create custom email notifications as Roland described.
