Copy Content from "Overview" Field Without Opening WYSIWYG Editor

Today, if you want to copy text from the "Overview" field on a Work Item, you have to first open the WYSIWYG editor by clicking into the field. We really want to be able to just select text and copy it without opening the editor because that is risky since it then becomes easy to inadvertently modify/delete content from that field.
