Manually sending request for Progress Update

We have decided to turn off the weekly email from Clarizen which asks users to update their tasks via Progress Report.  We'd like to allow for Project Managers to manually request progress updates on their projects when they feel it is necessary.  Is this possible at the project level or can this only be done at the task level?

This is possible at the project level by selecting a project and on the ribbon going to Common >> Email >> Send Update Request. Please note that the manual email will not include completed items and will only be sent to resource that are assigned to the work items.

Hi Josh, thanks for the quick response.  I don't see the option Common/Email/Send Update Request.  On the Property Card ribbon for a project, under Common/Email the choices are: Email Team, Email Managers, Email Resources, Email Reviewers.  Can you provide more detail on navigation to the "Send Update Request"?

If you don't see it, it could be that you do not have the right permissions. Are you a super user or project manager of that project? It could also be that you selected a project that has no update sub items (these need to be tasks that are not completed). Also please make sure system setting 12.1 is set to "Updateable Report". If all 3 of those criteria are met, please submit a support ticket and we can have a look in your specific account.

Boom... sure enough, 12.1 was set to None.  I changed it to "Updateable Report" and the "Send Update Request" option became available.  Thanks for your help.
