Enhancement Request: Auto-Saving Text Areas when scrolling away from Text

Our users have noticed that when a text area is open and you click out of it, the text are will auto-save. But, if you scroll away from a text area with it open, the changes will not save. Having the text area autosave similar to clicking out it when scrolling away would be a nice way to establish consistency with the user.
