CAPEX and OPEX

I need to establish a CAPEX and OPEX (budget and actuals) just at the project level. I cannot seem to understand where to input the budget amounts for each. Does anyone have an idea on how to accomplish this?

I would work with your PS Consultant or CSM on this scenario since there are multiple options depending on your use case and how hourly time is being billed/recognized. You can also start with this video: https://vimeo.com/225740792
