Add Work Item Resources as Work Item Followers

I'm looking for assistance with creating a Customer Action or Workflow Rule which will allow me to add all users listed as a Work Item Resources, as Followers for the same Work Item.

I've tried to adapt the logic from another post, to this specific case, but I can't seem to get it right.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
