I have considered creating a change log But I am hoping not to have to use a custom field for this issue.

Mysterious Changes on a Project
Hi,
We have a project in our system where Resource Managers are being mysteriously removed from the project. This has occurred twice in production and I am looking for a way to find the root cause of the removals. Removing the resource managers impacts our time approval processes. So this needs to Stop. Suggestions?

A customization would be the best way. Perhaps you can have a change in resource managers trigger an email notification until you can find out who is making the change.
