When you navigate to the project, you should find the project opens and displays the 'properties panel' at the top of this page (where it says 'properties') you can swipe left or right to move through the different panels available. Move towards the left once and you should get the Work Plan, if you do not see it it may be that the Work Plan was not included when the mobile profile you are using was created. If this is the case you would need to get an Admin to include it in the profile.
