This is outside the license permissions for a Team, Time, or Requestor license. They would need a Full license.

How to let time entry only people see the whole project work plan
Hello, our current use case is this:
Team member profiles (time entry only users) have access to clarizen to enter time to tasks/projects they are resources of.They currently have the modules: home, social, tasks, timesheet.
We'd like to have either the projects module or a view given to them to show which projects they are on, they can click on said project (read only) and view the whole workplan, not just be limited to the items they are working on.
Has anyone achieved this?
