This is in regards to the Clarizen case#62786: where Daily notifications summary email triggered from Clarizen training box contains the past due task's links pointing to production and few task's links pointing to the sandbox.
Issue: The source of the email received for the task notification is from Sandbox but the tasks links are pointing to the production for that particular tasks when clicked.
Please fix this issue and update on the progress.

Sandbox is meant for people to be able to test new setup and configuration.
For that reason, we zero out emails so people don't get scheduled emails.
There is a very simple workaround which is to simply turn off Project Notifications on your personal profile if this is greatly bothering you.
We will not be able to give this business priority any time soon.

Actually we had already tried the work around in the sandbox as suggested by the support team (Bea Genthner) as part of the Clarizen case#62786.
Since the email that the user and I received for the daily notification triggered from the Sandbox had few past due tasks with links pointing to production and few pointing to sandbox and we reported this to the support team for further investigation.
As advised by the Clarizen R&D team, this feature request is posted.
