PTO Calendar Exemptions Sync to Time Tracked

Our users are adding calendar exemptions for PTO so we can always see current availability for capacity planning and so projects automatically adjust when they are out of the office.

We also require users to track all of their time (40 hours/week) but when they have calendar exemptions, they also have to create a task to report their PTO as well so we can see their full week of reported time.

It would be nice if they created a calendar exemption with the PTO category that that could pull through and automatically submit the corresponding amount of time.
