WFR to send email to top level project manager

I need a workflow rule to send an email to the top level project manager, not the PM for the immediate parent project, when a change is made to a task and reference the task and the top level project in the email.

Hi Teresa,

Is the number of levels of hierarchy fixed (e.g. always Project >> Project >> Task) or it could be any number (e.g. sometimes Project >> Project >> Project >> Task, sometimes Project >> Project >> Task, sometimes Project >> Task)?
