Automatic Related Risk

Hi,

I have a list of standard risks that I would like to be included every time that I create a new project.

I tried to create a template with the risks, but didn't work.

Also, I tried to create a workflow to create this risks, and link them to the new project. But the risks that are created don't stick to the project.

Is there any way to create a project and have risks automatic related to it (can be created or not!)?

Tks.

Roger

Hi Roger, I asked this question before as I would also find it very useful.

Here was my post: https://success.clarizen.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203989248-Attach-risks-to-a-project-template

I didn't use a workflow rule to create the risks and link to the project as I had too many, but it should work.

Make sure you update the field "Resolved In Project" ($PlannedFor) on the the risk to the new project - perhaps use a variable.

Hi,

The solution was:

1 - Create a Toggle to be selected if the Standard risks will be related to the new project.

2 - Create a workflow that would be active only if the Toggle String is True.

3 - The workflow creates a new risk (8 risks in the test) and it was related through "Resolved in Project"

* Then you can configure the name, maybe concatenate the Standard risk with the project name, set owner, impact, probability, etc.

Worked well this test.

Tks,

Roger
