I am sending popups and I want to be able to include a link to a local file.
I can create the HTML for the popup but the link does not seem to be active. If I copy the link address and paste it into the address bar it connects just fine.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?
I solved the problem.
I was related to the user_prefs on firefox. Apparently the pop-up reports as a different server than the main interfact (app2.clarizen.com for me). The exception Clarizen recommends for opening files is for app.clarizen.com. When I changed the exception to just clarizen.com the links worked just fine.
