Password Update
Effective January 2021, all new passwords in Clarizen will be required to be Strong.
Users with a Simple password will not be required to change their password, but we encourage the admins of these accounts to adopt Strong passwords to ensure they're operating in a more secure environment - especially when sharing widgets, which default to the system setting.
Resource Calendar End of Life
Effective December 31, 2020, the Resource Calendar will no longer be available. The Resource Load view can be used to show similar information.
In place of where the Resource Calendar option would normally be, simply choose Resource Load instead. The user will be presented with the Resource Load view showing the workload assigned to the resources associated with any selected items.
The Resource Load view has a number of options available for changing the way information is presented. More details about Resource Load can be found here.
Note: If Resource Load is not visible to the user where they would normally see Resource Calendar, they should contact their Clarizen Administrator to add the option to their user profile.
Please reach out to support@clarizen.com if you have any questions.
Support for Internet Explorer 11 and Edge Legacy Browsers is Ending
Effective December 31, 2020, IE11 and Edge Legacy browsers will no longer be supported.
Users will still be able to access the Clarizen platform, but performance and functionality will no longer be tested on these older browsers.
User experience, especially for new features, may be severely compromised and we will no longer handle support cases resulting from the use of these browsers.
Please reach out to support@clarizen.com if you have any questions.
