Feature

Mobile & Reporting

See all your reports on the go in a brand new mobile app. The app makes it easy to view all your Clarizen reports, and is available for iOS and Android phones and tablets.

Reporting & Slide Publisher

Mixed Charts - Mixed charts are now available in Slide Publisher. Use different display styles in a single chart, including new types and combinations such as Area, Line/Bar, Stacked Area and Percent Stacked charts.

Fiscal Calendars - When working with Standard Fiscal Calendars, the fiscal months in reports now include the corresponding month name, which appears next to the fiscal month number, making it easier to recognize the actual calendar month.

Slide Publisher - Now supports listing related items and objects from reference to object fields (such as resources) in a simple, comma-separated list. So you can now include the items in a textbox for example, and not only in a table.

Administration

Clone your organization to easily create multiple sandbox environments for development, testing, and training.

Data Warehouse

You can now export the currency type as part of the Data Warehouse export file.

Excel Add-in

You can now pass custom URL and HTTP headers in the Excel Add-in, useful for working with your Clarizen Sandbox instance instead of your production instance, and to authenticate with an API gateway in your network.

Viewing permissions - Users can only view data that their permissions allow them to see.

Timesheets

A new Expected Timesheets setting enables you to choose the frequency (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) that timesheets are expected to be submitted by the user. Until now, Daily was the only option.

When self-assigning timesheets, the system setting that defines redistribution of time units now applies to all time-entry options; from Tasks module and the Timesheets module.

Integrations

SharePoint - Create Project Folders in Site Collections Using Customizations
